The puzzle is well made and pieces fit together well. However, I can’t get rid of the smokey smell, even after airing it outside. I bought it as a gift for a child, and feel I can’t give it to her because of the smell.

Very poor customer service!

This company blocked me on Facebook as I wrote a comment saying I was dissatisfied that I didn’t get my order I ordered on the 22nd November in time for Christmas! That was their solution, silence and block! Do not recommend!
