I tried to enter a discount code after adding projects into my cart. Next thing the payment was taken, no discount was added (meaning payment was hundreds of $$ more than it should have been.
The customer care were great at responding quickly, however have been advised the payment may take 30 days. Unreasonable, especially as i did not authorize the payment. It has already been weeks.
I surprised my friend in Tassie with a photo album from when I visited her on the island from USA. I CANNOT find this kind of quality from ANY USA based printer. I guess I will just have to order another one to her address and visit again ;)
Being able to include all the photos you want and not trying decide which to use is the best idea. Just as good as the included paging.
I ordered 10 framed canvasses and they have turned out wonderful. Each were individually packaged and wrapped to ensure no damage. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

The postage was very high for the size of item, but I wanted to see what the book would be like and the quality of the product. The book is great and the quality is excellent, just as well as my grandson is a two year old so all objects within reach must be robust.
