I ordered this ornament after losing my beloved pup a week before Christmas. It was really easy to upload my photo and order, and it came so carefully secured in bubble wrap packaging with fragile labels. The photo came up really clear and the colours are spot on. Unfortunately my clumsy hands dropped it onto the tiles as I was pulling it out and it shattered before I even got to appreciate how perfect it was.
